- 2 levels of resistance
- junior: athletes under 50kg (19521)
– 2 x 5kg and 2 x 11kg bands - senior: athletes over 50kg (19523)
– 2 x 11kg and 2 x 18kg bands - increase speed and agility by building hip strength and explosiveness
- incorporate kinetic bands training during sport specific drills for improvements in mobility, strength and speed
